01The booking journey
The booking journey

The starting point

Booking could no longer depend on a scattered conversation.

The need was not another brochure site. Booking had to become autonomous, protect the artist’s time and preserve a human relationship. The product needed to feel simple for clients, precise for operations and credible from the first interaction.

The journey in use

Every choice moves the booking forward without losing control.

  1. 01Service
  2. 02Date
  3. 03Time slot
  4. 04Information

Four steps to select a service and send a request, followed by a confirmation of receipt.

The same journey, in your hand.

The system

One identity. Three surfaces. One standard.

01

Public side

The official logo now anchors the header and is extended by a coherent editorial signature. The site, booking flow, contact and Instagram now belong to the same visual system.

02

Operations side

A protected, iPhone-installable administration surface to qualify requests, update status, export useful data and manage availability.

03

Client relationship

Clear, coherent transactional emails confirm every request, provide clients with a useful reference and connect each enquiry directly to the studio’s operational workflow.

Inside the studio

The work continues after an enquiry arrives.

The private workspace brings together enquiries, availability and replies while keeping client information protected.

01

Review

Read an enquiry and update its status.

02

Organise

Manage services, time slots and unavailable dates.

03

Respond

Track notifications tied to each enquiry.

Details that change perception

Premium quality also lives in what the eye notices in one second.

01

A truly present brand

The official logo keeps its integrity, gains presence and pairs with a signature closer to Ayline’s real-world identity.

02

Connected channels

Instagram and contact links remain clear and consistent with the brand across public pages.

03

Clear responsibility

The EPIPHANE credit stays discreet: it signs the product without taking precedence over the client’s brand.

04

From link to booking

A vector QR code points to Ink’s own domain, while Ink Admin can be installed on an iPhone home screen without opening private access.

A brand you can hold

The journey continues beyond the screen.

A two-sided 55 × 85 mm card connects the Croissant noir identity to Ink’s website. The QR code leads to the public domain; Ayline’s contact details remain easy to find on the reverse.

Invisible quality

What the interface does not show, but the product must guarantee.

01

Reliable availability

Server checks for available slots and prevention of concurrent bookings.

02

Controlled data

Reference uploads are limited and validated; sensitive data remains within the authorised perimeter.

03

Reliable operations

Persistent statuses, usable exports and transactional delivery tracking.

04

Verified quality

Booking, confirmation and private management checked through test journeys.

The result

A live product. A real workflow.

Ink by Ayline brings together a coherent editorial presence, a usable booking journey, a private workspace for managing requests and carefully designed transactional emails. Clients can request an appointment clearly, and the studio can follow each request in one place.

Ayline’s feedback at delivery

A clear website. Simpler day-to-day management.

At delivery, Ayline found the website clear and easy to use, with visuals that matched her style and logo. She appreciated how easy the admin area was to access and how helpful it was for managing her schedule and appointments.
