The project form collects a name, email address, optional organisation, project characteristics and any message submitted voluntarily. Some earlier enquiries may also contain a budget range selected when they were sent.

Replies sent from the private workspace, their content and delivery information are stored with the corresponding enquiry.

Technical data strictly necessary for the security and operation of the service may also be processed.

A name, email address and the project framing answers are required to submit an enquiry. The organisation and message are optional. Without the required information, EPIPHANE cannot review or process the request.

Data is used to review the request, reply to the prospect, prepare a proposal and protect the form from abuse.

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps requested by the person and, for service security, EPIPHANE’s legitimate interests.

Requests are accessible only to EPIPHANE and the technical providers strictly required for hosting, security and transactional communications.

EPIPHANE does not sell or rent submitted data.

Prospect enquiries and associated replies are retained for three years from receipt of the enquiry, unless a legal duty, contractual relationship or earlier deletion request applies. A daily cleanup is scheduled; expired enquiries are also purged when a new enquiry arrives or the private inbox is opened.

Private database backups may retain a copy for up to 90 days. After a restoration, enquiries past their retention period are purged again.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object where applicable by writing to contact@epiphane.fr.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority at cnil.fr.

The site currently uses no advertising cookies, marketing trackers or audience analytics.

The form may temporarily keep a draft in the browser’s session storage. The draft remains on the device and is removed when the session ends or after submission.
