A free initial conversation to check whether the project is a good fit. No commitment before approval of a quote setting out scope, deliverables, budget and schedule.
What is the timeline?
The schedule is agreed after scoping, based on project requirements and content availability. Milestones, approvals and the planned delivery date are set out in the quote.
How does the project work?
We define the brief, design, build and test. Two consolidated rounds of feedback per design phase are included within the agreed scope. Additional changes are quoted before work begins.
What is included at delivery?
Testing, access credentials, documentation and onboarding are defined in the quote. Hosting, third-party subscriptions and their costs are listed separately so responsibilities are clear.
What happens after launch?
Corrections to defects within the delivered scope are included for 30 days after acceptance. Optional ongoing maintenance has defined services, response times and pricing. New features are quoted separately.
